STRATEGY ConsulTING & AdvISING
I partner with clients to accelerate their path to gender equity through data-driven strategies. I begin by engaging clients in meaningful sense-making of their data, so they can share their organization’s story in compelling way. Through this process, I co-create a vision of change for clients, which articulates both short-term and long-term strategies. From there, I track progress toward clients’ gender equity goals and draw insights from data to not only co-create robust programming, but also to allow for continuous improvement to systems and processes. I work strategically with organizations by engaging multiple stakeholders to maximize impact and move the needle on gender equity.
DATA STORYTELLING
I offer data storytelling as a standalone service as way to facilitate organizations to strategically leverage data to diagnose systemic and cultural challenges and opportunities related to gender equity. By combining of qualitative and quantitative approaches, I provide a nuanced, holistic analysis of people and organizational data. My expertise in data visualization ensures that end product is both visually compelling and accessible to clients. From Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) assessments to data dashboards to infographics to case studies, I partner with clients to develop a variety of intentional, data-driven products to appeal to a wide range of audiences.

Here’s what clients have to say about my work…
“I had the pleasure of working with Miloney in collaboration for our International Women’s Day celebration at Accenture. Miloney offered immense knowledge and support as we consulted her in the creation of content and the structure for our Gender Advocacy Workshop. She helped our team understand the best way to frame difficult questions and ignite meaningful conversations around gender equality and advocacy in the workplace. Additionally, she was our closing speaker during the Gender Advocacy Workshop. In her speech, Miloney brought to light insightful and relatable points to the audience around advocating for one’s self and advocating for others. I would highly recommend her as a speaker, facilitator and consultant in creating conversations for change and educating one's organization on advocacy and gender equality.”
-Gabby Snedeker, Management Consultant, Accenture
“The Men's ERG and Women's ERG from the Accenture Chicago office engaged Miloney to speak at our Gender Advocacy Lunch event as part of our company's International Women's Day celebration. The 1.5-hour event included a series of interactive activities, large group discussions, and Miloney's talk on gender advocacy in the workplace. Prior to the event, Miloney effectively coached our team to ensure we were all well-equipped to co-facilitate the session. The event--with nearly 100 attendees--was a success and garnered positive feedback from multiple attendees. I recommend Miloney as a consultant, speaker, or facilitator without hesitation.”
-Evan Bolden, Senior Consulting Analyst, Accenture
“Miloney served as a guest speaker at Accenture's Gender Advocacy lunch event for International Women's Day, where she talked about the UN Women's HeForShe campaign for gender equity. She also highlighted the importance of self-advocacy and peer advocacy as it relates to gender equity in the workplace. In preparation for her talk, Miloney coached the event organizers on how to create a safe space to allow for a candid conversation around gender equity in the workplace. Organizers included members from both our Women in Chicago and our Men Employee Resource Group. What impressed me most was her nuanced understanding of issues related to gender equity and her ability to not only engage but also inspire the audience. Miloney’s commitment to and expertise in gender equity became abundantly clear in her content, engagement and how her message resonated with the attendees. I highly recommend her as a speaker and facilitator.”
-Ola Bolten, Midwest Region Inclusion & Diversity Lead, Accenture
“Miloney’s management style is engaging, clear, and inspiring. She is such a hard worker, and while she does not demand that level of work from her colleagues, she earns it by inspiring them, and by serving them in a way that recognizes different perspectives as valuable to the process. She is adept at synthesizing data drawn from numerous sources—evaluations, interviews, reports—and making sense of what it means for the organization from both a mission impact and operational standpoint. Her diligence and attention to details is phenomenal. As a consequence, our team was was able to deliver stellar results.”
